Communication

This can be done in the form of daily, weekly or 2 weekly reports, face to face meetings, emails etc.

Initial survey
Depending on the client's level of detail, we can come in and carry out audits on the processes. While carrying out the audits, we are always looking at how SharePoint can better the process. From here we can generate a report and an implementation plan
Process mapping sessions
Our consultants will map the processes, ideally with the employees involved. This allows us to get a good insight of the process, any issues and any recommendations from employees
System architecture
At this stage we can plan out the layout and the forms for the new system
Building the system
We will coordinate directly with the SharePoint developer building the site, forms, workflows and testing
Implementation
Training and testing of the system can be carried out offline or in stages. This ensures that when the system does go live, it is in full operation condition, and everyone can use it.
